About Luna Bespoke
Get to know us personally
With over 40 years of combined experience in private household and recruitment roles, we pride ourselves on trust, commitment and accountability. The core members of our team have a wealth of passionate knowledge and experience to invest in your recruitment process.
We have degrees in psychology and psychosocial studies, backgrounds in neurotypical and neurodivergent childcare, and qualifications in maternity nursing, postnatal depression, complex medical care, autism, ADHD, ODD, and challenging behaviour. Collectively, we also have extensive experience in private households, supporting children with all kinds of needs, and working with ultra-high-net-worth and Middle Eastern families.
Above all, we’re mothers who have hired nannies to become part of our families. We know how vital it is to find someone who will continue to provide the same level of care that will guide our children to reach their full potential.

How we work
At Luna Bespoke, our process is designed to help you find the perfect support for your family as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation will help us understand your unique needs. We’ll discuss your requirements, preferences, and specific requests. This can be done over the phone/Zoom.
Vacancy Registration
The next step is vacancy registration. Additional job descriptions or person/job specifications can also be sent to us at this stage. When we confirm that we can help with the vacancy, we will request a commitment fee of £500.00 + VAT.
Candidate Searching & Screening
We’ll start seeking candidates and will conduct thorough screening and background checks to ensure all potential applicants meet our high standards.
Candidate Presentation
We’ll present you with a shortlist of qualified candidates after the screening. You can review their profiles, including their experience, skills, and personalities.
Interviews and Trial Period
Upon selecting your preferred candidates, we’ll arrange interviews and trial periods. The trial period allows you to see how the candidate interacts with your children and fits into your family dynamic.
Final Selection
Your final decision will be made after the trial period. To ensure everything is in order we’ll finalise the employment agreement details with you and ensure that everything is in order.
Ongoing Support
We don’t stop once the match is made. We provide ongoing support to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable in their roles. You can always reach us with questions or concerns.
