Long-Term Placements (52+ weeks)

Full-Time Staff (Childcare, Domestic, Educational, Medical): 16% of the annual gross salary

Part-Time Staff: 18% of the annual salary

Minimum placement fee: £3,000 + VAT

Short-Term Placements (up to 51 weeks)

Temporary Placement (1–51 weeks): £300 per week or £100 per day if less than a week

Trial Placement (max. 4 weeks)

£300 per week

Christmas Holiday Premium (20 Dec – 10 Jan)

Daily Rate: £160 / £400 per week

Travel and off-duty days while on assignment are chargeable

Frequently asked questions

Our Recruitment Agency Fees

Once the candidate has signed the contract of employment, the following fees must be paid by the client.

15% of GROSS salary in the UK
20% of NET salary worldwide

Please note that fees in the United Kingdom are subject to VAT at 20%.

Clients payment must be made before the start of the placement and applies to one engagement contract only. In the event that the candidate returns to work for the client after the initial employment termination, the client must inform us and pay another introduction fee.

Luna Bespoke strives to find the perfect candidate for your family. Should a professional issue arise with a candidate within the first eight weeks of employment, we will replace them free of charge. If we cannot find a replacement, we will reimburse your pro-rata fee based on the number of weeks worked. Refer to our Terms of Business for more details on our refund policy for clients.

Please note clients are responsible for handling all immigration formalities, tax and social security, and medical cover.

Specialist Nannies in London

£750 (+) net per week for a live-out position
£650 (+) net per week for a live-in role

Nannies in Europe

€3000 - €3200 (+) net per month for a live-out nanny
€2800 - €3000 (+) net per month for a live-in nanny

Nannies in the Middle East

GBP £1,000 (+) net per week for 12/6 cover
GBP: £1,400 (+) net per week for 24/6 cover

International and Travelling Nannies

Europe: £800 / €900++ net per week, up to 12 hours worked per day
Europe: £1,000 / €1,200++ net per week, up to 24 hours worked per day
Worldwide: £1,300++ net per week, up to 24 hours worked per day

Rota Nannies

£4,500 / €5,000+ per month

Remember that individual nannies' pay will be pro-rated with rota nannies.
